Head of Department for Partnership for Peace in NATO HQ, International Military Staff, Bruxelles. Cooperation with 33 nations in the Transatlantic and East European political environment 1992 - 1995. NATO Representative in the Brcko Arbitration Commission in BiH ( follow up from Dayton Peace Accord). Work in an international context and at the state level political leadership of BiH 1996 –1998 Director Joint and Combined (multinational ) Military Operations at regional level in NATO Headquarters AFSOUTH. Directing a staff agency of officers from 19 different nations in peace and war operations in 1999. Advisor to High Representative Wolfgang Petritsch (OHR) on security policy matters in BiH, 2000 Senior Military Advisor (Brigadier General) to the Special Representative of the UN Secretary General in BiH, 2001 Director Training Department of the German Armed Forces Command and Staff College for « International Policy, Conflict and Crisis Management» in Hamburg, Germany, 2002 -2003 Director Multilateral Academy Sarajevo, BiH , 2003
